NOTE: Don’t forget to mark time in your calendar to complete the rest of the videos and prep work. My guess is you will want to block off at least 2-3 hours each week to get the most out of the videos and the worksheets.
NOTE: All calls will be recorded and you will receive a link to the recordings in case you have to miss a call.

Topics and Schedule
What Pushes Your Buttons? Learn to identify who/what pushes your buttons and why you react without thinking. Exploring and understanding the impact of your own intrapersonal roots will help you to better communicate and understand others as well.
Rein In “Automatic” Reactions. Identifying your personal warning signs is critical for your own well-being as well as for others. Learn to recognize when you feel triggered and practice tools to shift your internal reactions so you respond more effectively in the moment.
Expand Your Toolkit. You will build a broader set of skills and tools to help you respond more effectively when difficult or toxic situations arise, helping to create greater productivity, retention, and creativity – even in the midst of conflict.
Self-Care and Healing. Kathy will teach you how to take better care of yourself to help reduce ineffective triggered reactions and maximize your effectiveness in difficult situations. This includes self-care and healing practices as well as building a community of support.
Practical Application. Kathy will provide LIVE coaching opportunities to support you in applying the tools and skills to help resolve real-life difficult situations and answer your specific questions.
